How Our Squarespace Templates work?
Our Squarespace templates are installed as a new Squarespace trial website. Our templates come with a 6-month trial period after being installed on your Squarespace account. You’ll get complete help and gidance installing and setting up your template after you purchase one from our tempalte store. We provide 15 days of full e-mail support to make your experience seamless.
What's a one-year trial, and is it free?
Yes and no. It's a 365+ day Squarespace trial, fully functional. All features are enabled for you to build your site, but to go live, you'll need to purchase a subscription. A one-year trial grants a 25% discount on any yearly plan.
I upgraded my site; can I get an existing site install?
If within 14 days of a yearly subscription, you'll get a full refund. Past 14 days, you can switch to monthly payments, receiving a refund from Squarespace. We usually don't install templates on sites with only demo content.
Can a 7.1 template be installed on my 7.0 site?
No, automatic platform migration isn't possible. We offer 7.1 templates only. For 7.0 to 7.1 migration, start fresh with a new 6-month trial.
I want to start a 7.1 site with my blog archive. Can you migrate it?
We can migrate blog posts but not comments or e-commerce data. Reach out when purchasing a 7.1 template, and we'll assist.
Will my current site be down during template installation?
Generally, starting fresh is advised. If we provide a new trial, build a new site while the old one stays active. We can move your old content to the Not Linked section, making your site resemble the template. Repopulate demo pages before going live again.
