THE STORY: Root to Crown Wellness, founded by Aminah Williams, is a wellness and therapy practice offering holistic support alongside doula services. Aminah came to me for a full website redesign after her previous site failed to generate any inquiries or form submissions.

The goal was to create a calm, trustworthy, and professional digital presence that clearly communicated her services and spoke directly to her audience. We restructured the website to highlight her wellness offerings, introduced a dedicated doula services page, and created a shop section for her e-books. Clear service pathways and intentional layout choices made it easier for visitors to understand, trust, and take action.

In addition to the redesign, we set up Squarespace email campaigns and automations to support ongoing client engagement and growth. The result is a website that feels aligned and nurturing, while finally functioning as a true business tool. Since launching, Aminah has shared that she regularly receives compliments on the site and is now seeing engagement that was completely missing before.
